Father's Day

We're making key chains for our dear old dads!


Cut a 12 inch piece of twine and fold it in half. Make a knot about an inch from the fold. The kids thread on the "I" tile and knot again. Then, they thread on the heart tile and knot. They, continue in the same manner threading on D...A...D. Leave about a half inch tail and cut off the excess twine. Put the fold end through a key chain circle. Insert the other end through the middle of the fold and pull to tighten. You could use letter beads instead. I made letter tiles (see link) and laminated them.
